Thanks for the input. That actually makes a lot of sense.... There is a massive difference between making it down something rocky and tough and racing down it physically.

That trail looked great. Ton's of smooth fun and really solid built LONG boardwalks. Ski hill like. By BC standards it looks like an easier blue at most but those are often the most fun to roll down. I have never ridden Fort W but I have seen ton's of videos of the world cup course and it just doesn't look that steep or difficult at all compared to anything free ride-ish. What do the rest of you guys think? Why does everyone make it out to be such a monster course? Saying their worried about average riders even trying it out..... Whats it really like?

I pretty impressed or rather amazed at the "other guys" who hit this. I've been there, it is super smooth and looks honestly pretty doable if you had the balls. That said I have never done it. I have even sat over it on both my v10 and my YZ250 and thought "that's not too big, I've gone way bigger horizontally on the moto track". Then I chickened out big time, each time. Regardless of how it looks on film, I can honestly say if you come up short your not just going to crash.... Your straight out dead. Search and rescue will fish your broken body out of the creek and call your next of kin. Cam is an amazing rider but he is also a smart rider. He also had professional safety riggers and paramedics present on that shoot... just in case. That's the difference between pro's and big ball joe's and often life and death. Glad you guys walked away safe.
